Infrared Saunas
Our Clearlight® Infrared Saunas are designed to provide a comprehensive wellness experience by integrating advanced technologies such as red light therapy and chromotherapy.
Cold Plunge Therapy
Cold plunging involves immersing the body in water ranging from 37–59°F (10–15°C) for a short duration. This exposure activates the body’s natural healing mechanisms and offer tons of benefits.
Contrast Therapy
Alternating between sauna & cold plunge creates a powerful contrast therapy that enhances both physical recovery and mental resilience. The rapid temperature shifts challenge the body to adapt, offering numerous physiological benefits.

Who We Are
Cedar House Wellness is owned by Mandy Oakes & Todd Calvert. As a Geneseo native, Mandy has always felt a strong connection to her community and has long dreamed of contributing to its well-being. The idea of Cedar House Wellness is born from her own personal health journey.
